The website does not ask for payment details. We don't ask for them through the form.

• To do the work you ask for, and to service your filtration system and send filter-change reminders if you ask us to.
• To keep the records a licensed plumbing business needs to keep.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes to us. It passes through the services that run this website (the website host and the system that receives form messages) so that it can reach us. We don't sell your details and we don't give them to other businesses to market to you. We may share them where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job and to meet our record-keeping duties, then delete or de-identify them.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing info@seasideplumbingandfiltration.com.au or phoning 0424 999 002. If you'd like to stop reminders or messages from us, tell us and we'll stop.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, contact us first and we'll try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
